I've read that this is primarily for patients with metastasis to the lungs only? Has anyone seen shrinkage to pelvic tumors? Mine is inoperable and I'm scared that this drug could be a waste of time. I've had sarcoma off and on for 10 years with 3 recurrences and miraculously no mets to the lungs. I fear that if I get on the wrong drug it could spread quickly. My other doctor mentioned a trial called NYSEO however I have no details yet as I'm visiting with them this week to learn more. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Also I just went off Yondelis after approx. doing 26 rounds! It slowed things down up until last week.
