I've had severe terrible "menstrual like" pains in my lower left abdomen, even though I am on the pill - is the pill not suppose to make your pain less and stop ovulation?? Anyway, have been having these pains accompanied with nausea and diarrhoea (Sorry TMI) I never miss my pil, and take it on time, could it be pregnancy symptoms? Or could it be endometriosis? - because my symptoms are very similar. Any other ideas?
