I've been taking Kelnor for the past 3 or 4 months. I've taken it longer but I had a good amount of time off it. I don't always take it at the same time every day. I had sex with a condom (he didn't ejaculate in me) but I missed taking my pill that day and took two the next day. The day I did take two pills I had spotting/brown discharge(and slight cramps). Even though we used a condom I worry about it's effectiveness since we didn't do all the checks and we didn't use lube so it got kinda dry.

It might be helpful to add that I have polycystic ovarian syndrome(higher levels of testosterone).

What are the chances that I'm pregnant and that the spotting is implantation bleeding?
