It is very important to think about EEOC and what kind of an impact it can have on all vested members of society. It is important to think about whether or not it is servicing the purpose of what it is intended. It is important to know and understand policies that impact the overall organization and just as important to ensure that all members of the organization have the same understanding. How does one understand the definitions of the policies and how it applies to individuals? How can the organization try to ensure that policies are followed as well as understood? How is sexual harassment defined? How can an organization eliminate the possibility of it occurring? What are reasonable accommodation for employees? Please give examples.
