It is not necessary to create an inquiry nor a quotation in order to create a sales order. Describe under what circumstances a company would use an inquiry documents, and what circumstances a company would use a quotation document. Why would the sales management team want to ensure that inquiries and quotations were created, where possible.  (Think about the information that sales management can glean and analyze from these documents)
