It is a very good idea to relate the question to specific skills needed for the organization. This allows the applicant to relate their fit for the job and the organization and the interviewer has opportunity to fully evaluate the candidate's abilities and attributes that match the job. The specific replies the applicants provide to the interview questions should not only relate their skill but also specific behaviors the applicant will use for success in the job. Many feel interviews that are traditional where the applicant is asked questions and provides a response are outdated for today's work environment.
