Research is a part of life. Get used to it. It doesn't matter whether you are researching which TV to buy, employing coven information gathering to figure out what your loved one wants for Christmas, or preparing a proposal for your employer.

We all do research almost daily. The whole point of this paper Is just that: research.

You will choose a topic related to your field of study, narrow it down to something manageable and specific, and then argue your point using research.

For instance, I love comics. I might narrow that to when did comics come about, and argue that the earliest cave paintings are, In fact, comics.

Someone studying the medical field may be interested in prosthetics. They could narrow that down to the use of prosthetics to not just replace but improve our natural abilities, and then argue that elective amputation and prosthetics should be covered by health Insurance.

I had a nursing student argue that the CDC In Atlanta needed a viable Zombie Apocalypse plan. Whatever you want to discuss is almost entirely up to you. But you must research it and provide well-reasoned arguments for your conclusions.

Assignment:

• This assignment will be completed in stages.

• Choose and narrow your topic.

• Create a research question to guide your research.

• Begin researching.

• Create an outline of main points and support based on your research.

• Create a works cited page for your research.

• Write you 4-5 page research paper.
