Interview three or four people who have had at least three jobs in their lives. Ask them which job they liked best, at which did they work the hardest. Why did they like that job, and why did they work harder?

Try to find patterns in the answers of the four people. Compare your outcomes to the motivation theories presented in chapter 12. Which theories (Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, ERG Theory, Two-Factor Theory, Acquired Needs Theory), presented in the chapter were confirmed by your interviews?
