Ask for 5 specific complaints s/he has about working at that store. Be sure to assure the interviewee's privacy so that s/he feels secure in talking honestly.

Submit typed report of (a) the store name, address, interviewee's name and job title, (b) 5 complaints your interviewee expressed, AND most importantly, (c) your analysis as to if you were the owner/manager of the store, how you would fix the problems so that your employees will be happy and dedicated working for you.
