Why or why not? Has your perspective changed by anything you have learned? Has your frame of reference expanded and if so how? Do you prefer to be in learning organization or a traditional setting?

One of the Harvard Case Studies you reviewed was the Hewlett and Luce article on extreme jobs. Do you think these warnings remain in today's organizational climate? Do you agree with their assessment of this recent phenomenon in the marketplace? Have you had a different experience? How do you feel about spirituality in the workplace?
