In your post you comment on how you believe that leaders are made. Why do you not believe some leaders are born?

Is it not possible that some leaders have natural abilities that were brought into the role without any training? Why or why not?

I ask because my sister was a leader at her last position and she was never trained to be a leader. What she brought to the role just came natural to her.

I am not saying that she did not push herself to learn new things because she did.

However, she was able to accomplish goals that her organization needed done long before there was any type of other training attempted.

She believed that to be an efficient leader one must push themselves to always do better and look for new ways to accomplish tasks.

What are your thoughts about the comments concerning my sister?
