In your GEN/127 or GEN/201 course, you learned how to create SMART goals. One of the key cornerstones of that was to be specific in setting your goal, in setting your timeline, and gaining direction for achievement in general. "Goals must be clear and unambiguous; vagaries and platitudes have no place in goal setting" (Setting Smart Management Goals, 2013).

The same can be said when we are identifying and expressing our problems. Ruggiero (2012) tells us that after we have identified the challenge and expressed our problem or issues, we have to make them exact and specific. If we choose to not complete that final step and have issues or problems that are too vague or general, what can the consequences be and why?
