In your data analysis approach, you mentioned that observatory research delivers response that is non bias and later mentioned sampling bias and Hawthorne effect as research challenges. The two statements contradict each other. How do you reconcile both because I believe that there is an element of bias in observatory research especially when the people being observed are aware of it?

You mentioned that combining both qualitative and quantitative data helps to avoid pre-defined judgments, do you intend to use both and what type of data are you collecting to answer your research question? One of the challenges of qualitative research is "demonstration of how raw data was transformed into meaningful conclusions" (Easterby-Smith, 2012:162).So what tools do you intend to use to analyze and present your data for meaningful interpretation?
