Choose a project leader who has influenced you the most in your life or career. The leader could be a famous person or a local personality such as the president of a social club of which you are a member. Discuss the leader's specific traits that made him or her effective. Was his or her leadership style similar to one or more leadership styles that you studied this week? If yes, indicate which leadership styles were similar and explain why you think so.
