In this report, you propose a self-modification program to change one of your bad habits and address the following issues.

•select a bad habit (i.e., the target behavior/response for modification)

•identify the stimulus/drive (i.e., the situation that elicits/encourages the response).

•determine the ultimate goal of your program of self-modification

•explain how your program can break this link between stimulus and response (e.g., change your behavior or replace it with another behavior)

•describe how you measure the progress of your program

•discuss schedule of reinforcement or punishment

•estimate the amount of time it may take you to complete this program

•discuss at least one potential problem that may influence the success of your program
