In this discussion, I will compare my position at Cleveland University Hospital with my cousin position working for the Community College.

Based on the feedback results, we have a complete transformation in the climate of innovation between the two organizations. In addition, employees have a very strong support to be innovative. They are constantly working with students so that they are always open to change.

In my place, there is only one set of rules and we follow these rules. No employee is innovative If you are doing things that are not part of the work or rules you may have trouble with. He just wants to be creative against politics in my opinion.

I think a person with much higher productivity is more productive than his work. He teaches lessons on how to create a robot. It brings its students to technology competitions across the country.

In my place, I clean. There is no freedom or feeling as you were prolific. I do not think I would want to produce anything, because I'm a source cleaner well.

It's the job that feels like it's producing a lot. When you work on Twitter students on Friday, they feel that they are mobilizing them in the future. Whether they complete a project or not, it feels that it helps students to think about how they can build technology in the future.

If I had the skills, I would like my cousin to work at his job. She has adopted engineering and creates functional robots with her students. This is fun, creative, and they can make choices about how they want to implement this project.

I do not know who will clean the toilets above it. But if I had to choose my ideal job, I would choose something like a right between them.

A position that requires employees to have some innovation but must comply with rules and procedures. I do not want to make all the decisions, but I want the freedom to be a little creative in my work.
