In this course, you examined issues dramatically affecting the nature of employees and management. For the Applied Summary Project, you were asked to choose one of the following topics and explore how HR is effectively addressing these issues today: Trends in union organizing and membership.....this is the topic that I choose to dicuss my paper on. I have the sources already picked that I would like to use.

In addition to an analysis of current literature on your chosen topic, include a reflection on how this topic impacts you personally in a current or former job. Finally, show how a Christian worldview could better impact this issue in an organization.

Be sure to use 5-7 sources in addition to the course textbook within your Applied Summary Project paper. These sources should be less than 5 years old in order to ensure that you are utilizing the most current information on your topic.

In total, your paper should be 8-10 pages in length (not including cover sheet and reference page) and adhere to typical APA style and formatting (double spacing, proper APA citations, etc.).
