In "There Is No Evidence of Racial Discrimination in the Criminal Justice System," (Beaver et al,2013). The author, John Perazzo argues that Barack Obama is wrong about the perspective that there's racial discrimination on the criminal justice system. According to Sternes (September 12, 2016) every human being has to have equal justice perspective that means everyone has the same rights just as everyone does as a citizen of a nation. The discussion of equal justice perspective focuses on issues relating to race/ethnicity in different stages of criminal justice processing. It seeks to present a balanced picture of what is known about these issues from systematic research evidence. Discrimination and racial disparities persist at every stage of the U.S. criminal justice system, from policing to trial to sentencing and should have equality for everyone.

Base in "There Is No Evidence of Racial Discrimination in the Criminal Justice System," (Beaver et al,2013). Perazzo believes that there's no racial discrimination on African Americans. As Perrazo explained, that President Barack Obama talks about the injustice in the South. (Africans Americans tend to live there). (Beaver et al, 2013) the author , Perazzo issue the fact that, " Black overrepresentation is almost entirely to the arrest stage." Perazzo claim his opinion based on the evidence of the National Crime Victimization survey that illustrate how African Americans has a higher crime rate than whites to be involved in a crime as a victim or as a witness. Other opinion that Perazzo shares is, African Americans are the average for committing crimes than other race. As Perazzo explained, his opinion about the the higher crime rate illustrate a vision of how equal justice system is not established and there's no equal rights for the society.
