In the article “DNA Replication Bringing the Mountain to Mohammed” by Richard Losick and Lucy Shapiro”. The citation format used in this article is incorrect; the article first citied the journal, volume, pages and publication date at the very top of the page, and title author ant institutional affiliation is at of the article content. One cannot reflect if the title and the abstract reflect with the article content because the article itself does not have abstract. The article has some spelling mistakes, for example kilobases. Lots of grammar errors, many sentences have two or more words join together (no space in between). Mostly, research article has calculations, graphs and pictures, but this has only one Diagram that illustrates the replication of chromosome. The paper is not well organized; it has not acknowledgement, abstract, conclusion, extended research team and introduction section. The scientific significance and originality of the finding is that Bacteria have often been thought to belong to proteins and nucleotides, without internal structure. But, the article discussed (by Losick and Shapiro) their perspective, evidence is accumulating that bacterial proteins do have specified locations within the cell. So the finding of this article made other authors do more research on the same topic. The most recent result to support this view is presented in this issue by Lemon and Grossman, shows that the DNA replication apparatus of bacteria are confined to the center of the cell. Even though, this article does not have different section in the article, its finding contributed to the field. In fact about ten other authors referenced this paper. Other authors used some of this finding with their research articles.
