In Social Work we assists a client's right to self-determination. When a social worker initiates to work with a client they develop a plan in which the client as well as the social worker mutually agree on the goals for the client system. If a therapist must be involved in a client's treatment does the therapist deal with the client if the therapist as well as the client don't agree on what the core problems are that need to be addressed?
