Tips:

Ask open-ended questions that begin with who, what, when, where, why or how. Never ask a question that can be answered with "yes" or "no".

Ask questions that give respondents a chance to talk and give you some insight regarding their behavior and attitudes regarding the brand and product / service category.

Your questions must be specific and relevant to your focus product / service and target audience.
