In creating culture of reflection in higher education and adult learning, the student is engaged in learning experience. The useful strategies of journaling, researching and reflecting on higher level of thinking provides a culture of reflection by critical thinking. It is essential to create a culture of reflection throughout the learning environment to promote an external and internal learning experience journey for the students to incorporate into their daily lives and promote self-growth through lifelong reflection.
