In a negative perspective, this growth brings problems and challenges to the government which all requires good management and solution. There are many key issues associated with the rapid migration to urban areas in developing countries. These includes unplanned housing, dealing with urban waste, pollution, and stress on the infrastructure and the city's services (BBC, 2014). Another key issue is the overpopulation causing a high rate of criminal activity.
