In 250 – 500 words, please discuss the concept of sustainability, as it relates to operations management organizational environments and their value chains. First, how might this be tied into the concept of “value?” Second, how might sustainability be used to enhance a value chain and their customer benefit package (CBP) with let’s say, a regional organic grocery store chain? Any potential negatives? Finally, what might the processes look like (with sustainable components integrated) in terms of this chain’s CBP and what data analytics would use to define outcomes? You need to be very complete here. You do not need you to present a CBP map but we do need you to discuss all of this in moderate depth (hence, the “word” requirement.)
