It is a personal journal  - Its about work with a team

Working in teams is essential for students. However, working in teams might affect students in a positive or negative way. As I have worked with a team, I gained an experience about it. Actually, I was surprised because I thought I cannot cope with working with a team, because of that I consider myself as an independent learner. Nevertheless, the students who I worked with were extremely helpful. We were supporting each other and giving a lot of bits of advice.

To begin with, it seems to me that it is very difficult to work with a team, but by working with a team I noticed that it is very important to work with a team. When we worked together we were supporting each other by planning and describing for each other. In addition, because English is my second language, they helped me to pronounce some words correctly. Moreover, I realised that from now on I need to work with a team in my all tasks. Due to the fact that, they can see my weakness and help me to fix or improve them. Furthermore, I think it impacted on my so strongly because I get excited about doing our task and I really enjoyed doing it and I would like to work whit a team again. As a result of working with a team, I have learnt that sometimes we cannot notice or realise our mistakes or our weakness. But, People who are around us can notice our mistakes easily which can help us to correct or resolve our mistakes. These were important realisations for me because I have learned that connecting my idea with other people ideas can make a huge different which always leads to making a positive different.

Consequently, as I have gained an experience of working with a team, I decided that I will ask people to see my tasks and tell me their opinion about it and what do they suggest to make it perfect. For example, if I wrote an essay, I will show it to my teacher or my classmates to discuss and make a difference
