IMPORTANCE OF LEARNING IN WORK PLACE - Research Proposal

Research Questions

The research will focus on answering the following research question by the collection of both, primary and secondary data:

• What is the importance of learning in the work place of Custom Choc Pvt Ltd?

• How can learning be sustained for maintaining its relevance at the work place of Custom Choc Pvt Ltd?

• What strategies and techniques can be adopted within the work place for promotion of learning atCustom Choc Pvt Ltd?

Research Instruments

For the purpose of this research, there will be collection of both, primary and secondary data. For the collection of secondary data, a number of different peer- reviewed articles, research papers, journals and books will be referred to for setting a theoretical base for supporting further analysis of primary data. For the collection of primary data, a survey will be conducted among 30 employees of Lindt Chocolate Cafe. working in the technical department. This criteria has been selected as technical knowledge is never stable, and with the advancement of technology, employees in this department have to consider enhancing their learning on regular basis. This will help in answering key research questions set for the research. This survey will be conducted by the use of questionnaire. The key purpose is of answering the following research question:

• What is the importance of learning in the work place of Lindt Chocolate Cafe?

• Why can learning be considered as a constructive process?

• How can learning be sustained for maintaining its relevance at the work place of Lindt Chocolate Café?

• What strategies and techniques can be adopted within the work place for promotion of learning at Lindt Chocolate Café?
