Using the court's decision, identify a specific behavior of at least one party which was considered illegal. Consider the facts as given in the case, and discuss any ethical norms which may be the basis for creation of a legal prohibition on the specific behavior you identified. (Once you have identified an illegal behavior, discuss the possible ethical origins of the prohibition.)
