I'm struggling with this research in nursing paper. I have to formulate a paper from the previous 2 assignments but I don't find it to be really clear. The assignment is written as follows:

In a paper of no more than four pages, written in APA format, describe how the findings of the studies reviewed could be implemented in your practice area. Include the following in your paper:

a collective summary of the research findings,

three elements of practice that should be changed based on the findings,

steps to implement research findings in practice, and

potential barriers to the implementation of research findings and possible strategies to overcome them.

In addition to the four-page paper, include an abstract and a reference page.
