I'm really worry about my dad his 47yrs old. My grandma past away two years ago causing so much sadness to my dad. He is now over weight I have never seen him not care about his health before. He works from 3am to 4pm sometimes he gets out early or late, but his always munching on something meaning not healthy and then he goes straight to sleep let me tell you he has no problem going to sleep at all when he says his going to sleep like in 4mins his already snoring. When he wakes up from his nap he goes straight to eating and then sometimes he goes back to sleep. I'm really scared of him getting diagnosed with diabetes due to his family history. What do I do?
