Im only 5 ft 5 in tall, 29 yrs old and currently only weighing 103 lbs. I recenly lost 25 to 30 lbs due to an illness, I am Severely Underweight for my age an height. Since the start of my recovery I have not been able to maintain or gain weight even though I eat healthy along with eating foods high in fats,sugars,proteins anything that may help in gaining some weight. So If anyone has any Ideas on how I could try and gain weight fast as well as continue to maintain that weight I would appreciate it and Im willing to try just about anything at this point. Hoping to find the energy and strength I need to try and return to my normal daily activities and routine asap! Tips or Ideas on how to gain weight fast and keep it?
