I'm extremely frustrated. It takes me about two hours to fall asleep nearly every night. I do have anxiety and depression and take meds for these, but still cannot fall asleep within a normal time frame. I even tried Ambien and it didn't help. I have tried nearly everything over the counter and I'm really starting to feel hopeless and it makes me incredibly cranky at work. And more depressed. I will talk to my doctor as well but what are some of your suggestions? (I take Wellbutrin-300mg/day, and Klonopin, 2 to 3mg/day. The Klonopin used to help me sleep but I think I may have built up an immunity to it. I don't know. I am just very, very frustrated and would like your advice, if you can even help with this.
