Im a 21 year old woman who has just recently been diagnosed with seborrheic dermatitis. Im currentl  in college and it is really affecting my self esteem. ive tried the creams ive tried apple cider vinegar, coocnut oil, sea salt, baking soda, vitamin e but i still have flaking and shiny skin on my forhead, cheeks and nose that is impossible to cover with makeup because it just looks cracked and horrible. i would really appreciate any advice on what to try natural or otherwise and how to remove flakes so i can atleast feel confident enough to deal with day to day life.
