Im 48 yrs old and have started premenopausal long heavy periods... I want to stop my periods ... my doctor put me on ortho tri cyclen... since I can not afford the iud... Just wondering if the pill lybrel would be a better choice. And why the doctor would choose ortho from lybrel...Is lybrel pill safe for premenopausal heavy bleeding ?
