Q. Some employers like to abuse power also in my experience this power is abused whenever y are not familiar with laws or with rights or wrongs of managing people. Now, sometimes employers use this type of tactic thinking that they are not doing anything wrong, but y might be influencing behaviours that are not appropriate. We have to think that if they are doing this type of action with their employees then those employees will someday be leaders also as such display same behaviours also this is when we start negatively impacting our cultures.
If we find this type of behaviour in our organizations how can we ensure we influence them also stop them without really impacting relationship building piece of action?
