How does the security system there make any difference to the company? You would have to show a connection if you use this topic.
The treatment of women could be a separate topic. Women are no doubt some of the employees that would be sent over to the UAE. How do the customs regarding women differ and what impact could or would it have on the American company? What adapations might they have to make?
