If I am on a good diet and am not eating fat then why do I need Alli? Most of the reviews say they are dieting and not eating fat so how do you know what is causing the weight loss? The body does need some fat and cholesterol to survive so if you are on a low fat diet and taking Alli wouldn't that be bad for you, ask your doctor.
