If a minor purchases something on sale at a store (let's say he buys a used refurbished video game console), and the store policy for all used products is "all sales are final. No returns or refunds," and the minor goes home and opens the product and it doesn't work, can he be entitled to a full refund upon returning the item, because he can void the contract? What if the same situation happened with an adult?
