I truly loved the work you put into the project. Thanks a lot however I do have some things I wanted you to redo if possible. Like I said please shadow the checklist guidelines. It exactly says that there has to be three problems and then followed it with the solution. For instance I gave you the problem and solution for the management however it should follow this. Management must provide the following information.

a. Identify strengths as well as weaknesses in the areas such as follows- Decision making, productivity, competitiveness, morale, management turnover, compensation and so on.

b. Make recommendations to precise weaknesses. As a guideline, use about 1/4th of a page to describe the problem and about 3/4th of the page to describe solutions. Use benchmarks. Benchmarks are alike comparing it with competitors.

And in Finance section as well it has to be labelled like I labelled the management chapter problem 1 then followed with solution. Each problem as well as then solution should be in a separate page.

As well for the finance this was completely ignored. Identify strengths as well as weaknesses of each ratio of your company and then make recommendations for correcting these weaknesses.

Describe each weakness/problem and the solutions you recommend for it as a separate set. As a advice use about 1/4th of a page to discuss the problem and about 3/4th of the page to discuss solutions. Use benchmarks.
