I would need your help in the initial stage of my Master thesis writing.

The initial stage of my Master thesis include a feasibility check of the topic and writing of the introduction and literature review chapter.

I have done some work on this but due to my time constraints I will source the literature review chapter to an external contributor

It would be enough if you could do the introduction and literature review chapter, I had uploaded the guidelines for that and additional info is:

 - Introduction chapter should be 5 pages long

- Literature review chapter should be 25 pages long, must include references, among other references, to at least 10 references to publications of scientific publication databases.

The literature review chapter should consist of no more than 3 sub-chapters and I point out those relevant to the subject of the thesis (more details are in the file I uploaded):

1) start-up creation and start-up development,

2) e-commerce and

3) online marketing.

Research question of the Master thesis

1. What is an effective social media strategy for an e-commerce start-up in Latvia to build an online user community?

2. What are features of social networks and media use by e-commerce start-ups in Latvia?

3. How can effectiveness of social media use can be measured?

4. What online marketing tools start-up e-commerce businesses in Latvia use?

5. What is the role of social media in developing a start-up business?

Guidelines for text formatting:

- text is distributed evenly between the margins, 30 mm margin from the left, 20 mm margin from the right, 20 mm margin from the top and the bottom

- letter size in the main body 12 pts, headings for the chapters 16 pts, sub-chapters 14 pts;

- font is Times New Roman;

- line spacing is 1,5;

- indent when writing a new paragraph is 1,27 cm.
