I would like to write a letter to the embassy and informing them that I can't come to Washington DC in order to apply for a visa, because I have no vacation from work and I work five days a week. so its impossible. Can someone help me with this letter please, I have no idea about the name of the person that has to recieve this letter. so basically just sending it to the embassy.
