I was taking 160mg of Diovan, but my insurance no longer, Ask an Expert

I was taking 160mg of Diovan, but my insurance no longer pays for it so my doctor prescribed 100 mg of Losartan instead. I also take 180mg of Verapamil twice a day, 25mg of hydrochlorothiazide once a day, 10mg of Lisinopril once a day and 0.1mg of Clonidine twice a day. Does this seem reasonable and is Losartan a good substitute for Diovan?
