I was definitely diagnosed with Lyme Disease at least 7 or 8 years ago. The doctor said it was a text book case. I even had the bulls eye on my back and he showed another doctor and with that and my symptoms, they both agreed. The problem is that I can't remember the doctors names who diagnosed me. How can I find old medical records? I have been having worsening symptoms for years and want to have proof that they are probably caused by Lyme disease. Please let me know how I can get my old records without knowing the doctor's name.
