I suffer from a binge eating disorder. Lately I've been eating a lot better. More of an average amount. I've also been having constipation for the last month and a half. I now have been on Miramax for 2weeks. When I binge ate I was regular but now that I've been doing better I've been constipated again. The only thing that has helped is to jog but some days I don't get to jog and then I don't go at all.
