I started Trinessa solely to help clear my mild-moderate acne. I have had acne for years now, but since starting Trinessa, I have noticed a significant increase in acne on my face in places I don't usually get pimples. In all my experience with acne, I don't think it has ever been this bad, so I am definitely discouraged. I want to wait it out for three whole cycles, because I know that it takes roughly that long for the hormones to balance. I am also on Tazorac for my acne, which usually works pretty well, but it hasn't helped a ton lately. Does the acne get worse before it gets better?
