I started taking this birth control, microgestin fe 1/20 28 pill pack with 7 green pills, on the 3rd day of my period as my doctor told me because I had an appointment that day, I've taken it at the same time everyday and tomorrow will be the last day of my first pill pack, my question is when will be be safe to have unprotected sex? I've heard multiple things so I'm not sure what to go by especially because I know the first time relying on it as my only form of protection so I would like to ease my mind a little bit, I have had some spotting and cramping this month around when I would regularly get my period but nothing too major otherwise I have had nothing but positive things happen while on this.When is it safe to solely rely on this as my only form of protection?
