I havnt been diagnosed with anything yet impart from depression but i havnt been showing up to work because im too scared to leave the house for a long pariod of time and im absolutely terrified to go to work because im scared of what people may think or if they laugh at me i have this fear and its realy starting to get at me, im also getting in soo much debt because of this... what should i do?
