I started cymbalta 30mg 5 days ago for anxiety/depression and the morning after I took my first dose I woke up with a really a sore and stiff upper back. It has gotten worse with each day. The pain is constant and nothing seems to relieve it. It also feels like my neck and back muscles are really fatigued. Has anyone else experienced this? Has anyone else expereinced terrible muskuloskeletal pain when starting cymbalta?
