I recently went to the beach carrying my Victoza pens in an insulated bag in the top of our cooler. One pen had enough for 5 days, so I knew to take the second pen. I used all in the first pen after the 5th day. On the 6th day, when I got ready to use the pen, it had all leaked out. The druggist would not replace it until speaking to a company rep. Still no progress. I had to wait until getting home the 7th day to take my shot

Please advise me on what to do in this situation"?
