I recently had a TIA. I'm 35. Not sure if this info is relevant. Doctor tested my T3 (1.0) TSH (1.022) and Free T4 (1.02). According to the tests, normal ranges are T3 (0.8-1.5) TSH (0.350-4.940) Free T4 (0.70-1.48). My thyroid ultrasound came back with enlarged thyroid on only right side. What do these test results mean? I'm scared and hoping my thyroid didn't have anything to do with my TIA. The doctors were unable to find what caused the TIA. My mother had Graves' disease and had half her thyroid removed.
