How to analysis the case study :
1. Read the entire case study narrative.
2. Formulate a clear statement of the problem (what is the major case them)
3. List the factor that are relevant to the problem and which ingredients have compounded the problem or have even created it ?
4. Consider the case study from different angles (from the points view of each person
5. Search for resource (what assests are available to resolve the problem internally or externally)
6. Make recommendations and what lessons learned from your opinion
